Program Description:

The 3rd Annual Mass Meltdown is a program that is modeled from NBC’s hit show “The Biggest Loser.” This program is designed to help you develop healthy lifestyle habits that will continue beyond our three- month program. It is a program for those who desire to make healthy changes in their exercise and eating habits, but need guidance, encouragement, and help to get started. We’ll provide prizes to those who make the biggest effort in 2008, but the best reward will be the great feeling you’ll get from making healthy changes in your life!

How to get Involved

1) Consult your doctor

2) Submit form (below) with $30 fee by Jan. 9, 2008

3) Collect additional program details from YMCA.

4) Non-members, can use the Y during the Meltdown: Purchase 3-mo Special *(Buy 1, Get 1 @ ½ Price) *

Let the Y staff know if you would like to do this when you drop off your registration form.
